All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Due to the personalized nature of our videos, which are custom-created specifically for your child, we are unable to offer refunds once video production has begun. Each video requires significant resources and is unique to your order. If you experience any technical issues with your video, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
The videos we create are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share videos with family and friends but may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes. All technology, branding, and content on our website remain the property of Magic Santa Clips.
Magic Santa Clips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Videos are typically delivered within 15-30 minutes via email. However, delivery times may vary based on demand and technical factors. Videos are available for download for 90 days after creation.
